We were there over christmas and not so much as a christmas tree or merry christmas or anything.as well as we were there for a honeymoon and they didnt do anything for us, didnt even mention it.they did one private dinner but they did that for everyone.if it wasnt this expensive i wouldnt have expected anything, but at this price they need to deliver way more. The options are endless.Overpriced for what it is.the underwater room was incredible and beautiful water, totally worth it, but they make you stay in the on-land rooms to book underwater and that was what was terrible.rooms were covered in bugs because there was no glass or screens on the windows.bugs everywhere.food was sub-par.often made us feel sick.while including spa treatments is a nice touch, spa service was terrible the staff had clearly no training in massage it was painful/uncomfortable.the wait staff goes out of their way which is great but otherwise everything falls short for what you pay.too many bugs, not enough AC, not enough selection for cold cocktails (on a beach you want ice/slush drinks, they had none).
